If we assist with domain registration or hosting:

Domain ownership belongs to the client after full payment.
Hosting services are provided through third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party downtime or service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting unless under a maintenance agreement.

7. Training & Courses

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment.
Certificates are issued after successful completion.
Schedules may be adjusted when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmartG Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
